2011 Goals and Objectives:
October 1, 2010 and September 30, 2011 (Year-End Report)
Financial
1. Secure minimum of $1,000,000 in gifts and pledges ($1,705,106)
2. Ensure a core of at least 200 annual Major Gift Club members at the $1000+ level (164)
3. Promote planned giving options to prospective donors; secure at least six (6) new legacy gifts (2)
4. Submit at least six grant requests (9)
5. Raise at least $70,000 for Safe Kids Oconee ($34,114)
6. Focus on Lila Doyle and raise at least $35,000 for Spirit of Caring campaign ($20,565)
Operational
1. Market remaining naming opportunities for the Tower; focus on Phase III goal for the Cottingham House; raise at least $500,000 for “Finish the House” campaign ($362,506) (raised $148,238 for hospice general)
2. Secure at least 5 Endowment gifts (1)
3. Continue making community presentations (ongoing)
4. Conduct 2011 golf tournament and raise at least $65,000 ($53,674.57)

1. Continue to enhance operational committee structure and establish successive chair & co-chair leaders (ongoing)
2. Continue to build base of capable board candidates (excellent pool for 2011)
3. Executive Director focus on delivering at least four proposals per month and four weekly donor contacts (done)
4. Complete LEAN analysis of OMC Foundation operations & identify cost/time saving opportunities (no progress)
5. Hold quarterly executive committee meetings with OMC Foundation Board (completed)
6. Hold focus groups for Safe Kids Oconee and Lila Doyle as a step to establishing Division Boards for each (no progress)
7. Implement and develop Friends of Oconee Hospice of the Foothills (implemented and first newsletter scheduled for mail in November)
